We’ve been approved by the Crown Commercial Service Framework

Simpler, clearer, faster. These are the aims of the Government’s Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework for agreements between public sector buyers and suppliers for digital services delivered through its Digital Marketplace.

Other Media’s successful application for inclusion in the recent iteration of one arm of this framework, Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2, complements our inclusion as a supplier for public sector projects to deliver cloud services through the other arm, the G-cloud framework.

We take projects from initial assessment of business requirements through design, alpha and beta phases, preparing for launch to running and iteratively improving live services. Aligned with the Government’s Supplier Standard, we focus on a user-centred approach to design and development ensuring that the audience and their needs are at the core of the project.

Our strategic insight embraces the Jobs to be Done (#JTBD) methodology to find out what it is that the user is actually trying to achieve.

“People don’t want to buy a quarter-inch drill. They want a quarter-inch hole.” said Harvard Professor, Ted Levitt.

We couldn’t agree more.
